Lisa has been with Appleton Properties since 1995, starting in Real Estate Sales, and then adding Association Management in 2002. Lisa joined the Commonwealth team upon its acquisition of Appleton Properties, Inc. in Nov. 2018. Lisa brings extensive long-term experience of Homeowner Associations, Condominium Associations, and working with developers to organize and transition Homeowner Associations to the Homeowners and helping each newly elected Board of Directors establish best operating practices. Lisa has a proven record of creative problem solving, excellent customer relations, successful contract negotiations, in depth project coordination, and a vast knowledge in organization and operations of Homeowner and Condominium Associations and new developments. Lisa has remained an Oregon Real Estate Broker since 1995 while providing residential real estate sales assistance to her valued clients. With a former career in the Travel Industry, she has traveled the world, been introduced to many cultures and visited many wonderful places! She enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
